From Seat Of Learning To Dream Home

I have been watching a local house project with great interest.  An enterprising young couple have bought a stone property which was part of a historic house estate but hs since been released from it’s ties and allowed to be sold.  They jumped at the chance, it being a very unusual design – a large barn sized stone construction used to have a steep thatched roof all round but now has pretty red pantiles.   There are plans to extend out on two sides if possible to include a much nicer kitchen – although there seems to be nothing actually wrong with the current one – about 8 metes x 6 metres, wall to wall oak cupboards with huge walk in larder and the white laundry units down the corridor in the utility room.  It’s incredible how much space there already is in this house.  Having a good interior design studio able to assist with conjuring up plans really is an asset worth retaining.
