With over £4.2 billion of construction work planned in Forth Valley over the next couple of years Forth Construction has been set up to assist the local construction industry in making a major contribution to the regeneration of the area. We will promote good practice and facilitate the flow of information between clients, the industry and key agencies as well as helping local companies to be best placed to take on the extra workload.

Forth Construction and R3 in Partnership

Forth Construction and R3 are working in partnership to make a considerable amount of work available to construction companies covering the Forth Valley.


R3 is the joint initiative between George Wimpey East Scotland Ltd and Cruden Homes (East) Ltd for the housing element of the Raploch Regeneration project.

This Stirling Bridge project will deliver 900 houses over the next 8 - 10 years. The first phase of 211 houses is due to start on site. The following tenders will be sent out in the coming weeks:
