Forth Construction invite our members to participate in our programme of events designed to support and inform you of changes that may impact your business. Confirmed topics are noted below, however we continue to work to secure further events of interest so please check back regularly for updates.

FREE - Writing Health & Safety Policy Statements
 Thursday 14th October - Forth Valley College, Clackmannan Campus Cost: FREE
NHS Forth Valley Healthy Working Lives and Forth Construction host a Health and Safety awareness session that will explain the legal requirements for having a written health and safety policy. It will include an interactive session which will allow delegates to practice completing a health and safety policy statement that fits their business. During the interactive session delegates will be able to access assistance from the HWL Health and safety advisers. On successful completion of the session delegates will qualify for a certificate of attendance.
There will be two sessions - 9.30am - 12.30pm and 1.30pm - 4.30pm both held at Forth Valley College, Clackmannan Campus

Winning Business After the Cuts: How to Secure New Work in the Face of Public Spending Cuts
 Tuesday 9th November Cost: £35 Forth Construction are pleased to host this 3.5 hour workshop facilitated by Business Fix. The workshop will provide you practical advice on how to change market focus, communicate to a new client base and re-organise resources to meet new requirements. All delegates will have a proven process and structured workbook that they can adapt and implement into their own business to make them more effective and to simplify business development.
