Small Acre Per Head Of Population Needs Control

We need to build thousands and thousands of new homes for everyone.  This is what we are constantly being told.  I don’t really understand where all the folk are coing form that need these new houses.  Developers and small builders are anxiously submitting more and more plans to meet local needs.  Is there space for all this activity? When you look at France, Poland, and other big countries, there seems to be such a huge amount of space around – acres and acres per head of population that is unbuilt on.  At the end of every dual carriageway and small town, there are little pockets of development.  It is obvious that the road network is not being increased to meet this capacity and many of the promised schools do not seem to have matched the amount of housebulding.  Developers have to come up with the sweeteners promised when the plans went in!
